In 1888 a serial killer menaced the streets of the Whitechapel District in London. Through case file evidence provided by the Metropolitan Police, Scotland Yard, and The British Archives, along with case file evidence evaluated by the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), and the American Nation Archives, new revelations reflect there may have been a conspiracy to hide the identity of Jack the Ripper, further evidence shows he might have continued his murderous ways on the streets of Chicago after fleeing London.
