For the past thirteen years, H.S. Reed, Jr. has been speaking to audiences ranging from business professionals, to social & civic groups to students in grade school up to college. In 2007, he self-published the 1st edition of "FIND A WAY!" but his speaking career didn't really begin to gain traction until 2009 when he released his 2nd edition with Tate Publishing. Before Tate went out of business, he returned to self-publishing, putting out "SUCCESS IS A JOURNEY," and after "GET YOUR MIND RIGHT." With people still wanting to learn the lessons from his first literary work, Reed, re-released "FIND A WAY" as a 3rd edition. Always the never-ending student of life, Reed compiled many of the lessons and experiences from which he's learned over the past ten years and put them together as a testament to the 10 year anniversary to the book that started it all. "FIND A WAY TO MAKE A WAY! The Difference of a Decade," like its predecessors, is chock-full of lessons that anyone and everyone between the ages of 12 to 112 can make use of TODAY!
