Reseña del libro "Imogen (en Inglés)"
A pair of childhood friends, Imogen and Leo, decide to wed in an effort to foil her father, King Edward Cymbeline's, plans for an expedient marriage to a man she loathes. She could not have foreseen her father's wrath as he banishes Leo from New London. Though only friends, and separated by thousands of miles, somehow real love begins to flourish. As if paying homage to his life's work, Shakespeare's Cymbeline contains elements from many of his best loved plays. In Imogen, the bard's story is reborn amid the alternate history of a Steampunk world. Victorian principles are pitted against gritty east-end outcasts, as Shakespeare's fantastical tale is of intrigue and romance reemerges. A lovely princess, an evil queen, a misguided king and a bevy of suitors, weave their way through themes of jealousy and wronged innocence. Imogen is a fairy tale-like story of life, and love, renewed. This time however, it's paired with air ships, aether cannons, and a princess who dares to make a stand.
