In a post-pandemic world, where natural resources are finite, rather than looking for solutions to the problems created by the current level of Consciousness of our humanity, it is necessary to seek and the Integrity of Being... . One of these gifts is the ability to nourish oneself with manna. This work brings to light the transpersonal initiation process to activate and reveive Manna - Food of Light Describing within the Transpersonal Integrative Approach - TIA: the stages, experiences, altered states of consciousness and the reward of Grace of connection when the individual remembers this natural ability. It is with joy that I share with you this work, which takes a fresh look at who wetrulyy are. I hope it brings light and support to those who want to go through initiation, to initiated, and to initiators of this process. This work deals with the description of the initiation proces, its function, how it is given, and what is its importance and implications in the process of awakening of Consciousness and crises opening from the perspective of the Transpersonal Integrative Approach. The objective is to provide consultation material for those who are interested in knowing or willing to go through the initiation procedure to nourish themselves with light. The method used was experiential and evaluated through qualitative research with open questions forming four categories of analysis: 1 - Evolutionary and experiential axis and integration of REIS - reason, emotion, intuition, and sensation.2- Altered States of Consciousness;3- Unity Consciousness: The reward of Grace;4- A new perspective, a new walk in life. This questionnaire was presented to people who went through the initiation process to activate and receive manna, and each one responded according to their impressions and personal experiences. In the process of elaborating this work, one can observe through research the most different reports of transpersonal experiences from which effective changes in behavior, understanding, and walking in life and in the world happen. The results obtained by the research were compiled in this work, inserted in the context - theoretical body of the Transpersonal Integrative Approach- TIA and corroborating with the initiates' reports of the most diverse religious and initiatic traditions of humanity.
