Gannon Waters' company SoftWaters, has entered the Italian market in Bologna where he learns of Giancarlo's medical role in the hospital's software selection. Seeing his enemy strikes fear and sets off Gannon's nightmares which haunt his travels in Italy. He still harbors anger and fears mafia entanglement.
