I truly find humankind amazing but our world and pressures have changed over time and many of us need to adapt....it's not anyone's fault and coping can be extremely hard when adversity strikes. I was hit by a continuous thread of adversities and this is my guide to the best solutions that worked for me. I want you to be content and this book is my very best effort. Please enjoy and the kindness to yourself above all else. It is the most important thing the individual can do prior to facing some of those harsh realities. Ok, lets go....
