Everyone expects her to hurriedly learn to manage herself and navigate the complex world around her. She is often judged harshly when she stumbles and falls. The menstrual cycle causes her to lose blood every Month. This may cause her Anemia, a medical condition that is characterized by; poor concentration, headaches, dizziness, weakness, getting tired easily, reduced mental capacity, low immunity, poor wound healing, poor appetite, lethargy, fainting, heart failure, poor oxygen delivery to body organs, poor skin health, poor performance in her demanding role as First Lady. This First Lady's Menstrual Care and GBV Awareness Book is designed to assist The First Lady, record the ever changing tides in the cycle. It is intended to generate interest among women to re examine this powerful phenomenon that continues to influence their lives and those around them even long after it is gone.
