My name is Andrew. As I write this, approximately 2/5 of Americans are obese, while roughly half are trying to lose weight. I have been overweight my entire life. This book holds everything I have learned on my own weight loss journey for the past 14 years. I wish I knew back then as much as I know now. I have fought against nicotine addiction, and caffeine dependence, as well as food habits just bad enough to leave stretch marks on every one of my limbs. I placed videos on YouTube about various things I've learned, generating more than 40,000+ views on my channel. The thankful comments have inspired me to create more content. It would be a waste if I didn't share my past 14 years of internet research on dieting & Exercise. I want to inform you about various aspects of exercises suited for your size & weight. I will explain important facts on the nutritional label. We'll know the differences between good fats vs bad fats plus the good cholesterol vs the bad cholesterol. We will also understand how to use low to high carbs with low to high calories, allowing us to increase our food options. These things and more come first. However, if you are interested in diet pills, those can be found in the back of this book. I'm not selling pills, so please do not get the wrong idea. You can even buy any brand name you like. Two of the supplements work as an aide against consuming more junk (sweets and fats) plus having smaller portions. If you take the pills, reading this book will add to your success. I stress patience with weight loss. The worst mistake people make is becoming too anxious over fast results. I can't count how many times I stepped on the scale, reading a three pound gain, only to become completely discouraged. Afterwards, I felt like giving up on dieting and exercise altogether. However, while I was away from diet & exercise, I never stopped forever. I kept searching the inter-web for answers. As long as we keep searching for answers to help us achieve our weight loss goals, we will never be considered quitters. What I am saying is that breaks are ok. But, during a break, figure out what went wrong. Keep studying. If we keep looking & apply what we learn, then weight loss is just around the corner.
